Eagle Monte Carmelo is our twist on a classic flavor profile from a classic region: Cerrado Mineiro. The goal of this coffee is to have a consistent profile from batch to batch and year after year, so you can rely on this coffee all year round.
This batch comes from Filomena Estafania Matto’s farm Fazenda Mattos Santa Rita, as part of our Café Delas program. Café Delas was created to help women farmers access the resources, knowledge and voices they need to develop their businesses to their full potential. Every Café Delas coffee is 100% sourced from women farmers, and for every sale, a portion of the profits are reinvested in programs that promote gender equality and empower women in agriculture.
